The Weller Erem Series 500 Micro offers an extensive range of medium-sized, robust precision cutters with various head shapes, ideal for use in microelectronics. These cutting tools are made from high-quality tool steel and feature hardened cutting edges (Rockwell 63-65 HRc), ensuring durability and precise cuts. The non-reflective surface and ESD safety according to MIL-standard with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm make them particularly suitable for sensitive work environments. The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly, reduces the risk of injury, and is replaceable.
