Self-adjusting Crimping Pliers with Hexagonal Crimp
These self-adjusting crimping pliers with hexagonal crimp are ideal for precise and quick crimping of wire end ferrules up to 16 mm², including all twin wire end ferrules up to 2 x 10 mm² or 2 x AWG 8. The pliers automatically adjust to the size of the ferrules and enable crimping in compliance with DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4. They have a UL approval in connection with KNIPEX wire end ferrules 97 99 330 - 399. The pliers ensure consistently high crimp quality through a releasable forced lock. The crimp pressure is precisely set and calibrated at the factory. Additional power amplification through a toggle lever ensures fatigue-free operation. The ergonomic and handy design made of chrome-vanadium electric steel, oil-hardened, makes the pliers smooth and robust.
