Self-adjusting Crimping Pliers with Square Crimp
These self-adjusting crimping pliers with square crimp enable norm-compliant, solder-free crimping of wire end ferrules according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4. The pliers automatically adjust to the size of the wire end ferrules, reduce crimping errors, and offer a frontal insertion of the ferrules. They ensure consistently high crimp quality through a releasable forced lock, and the crimp pressure is precisely calibrated at the factory. With power enhancement through a toggle lever, the tool allows for fatigue-free operation. The pliers are particularly suitable for twin wire end ferrules up to 2 x 4 mm² or 2 x AWG 12 and support crimping from 0.08 to 10.0 mm² in one profile. Approved by UL in conjunction with KNIPEX wire end ferrules 97 99 330 - 399.
