The ESD Tweezers with Interchangeable Tip 5CFR.SA combines high-quality materials with advanced technology to enable precise work in sensitive environments. Made from a Polyamide 66, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber (PA66/CF30), this tool offers excellent wear and abrasion resistance as well as high mechanical strength and toughness. The tweezers are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and have a very low linear thermal expansion coefficient. The chemical resistance to oils, fats, fuels, and non-polar solvents makes it ideal for use in micromechanics, electronics assembly, and laboratories. The interchangeable tips made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic are ESD-safe and scratch-resistant, facilitating the handling of sensitive components like glass and ceramic substrates.
