The Replacement Interchangeable Tip A4WFCP is specifically designed for use in sensitive application areas such as micromechanics or electronics assembly, where scratch resistance and ESD protection are crucial. This tip is made from ESD-PEEK plastic, reinforced with carbon fiber to ensure high mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance to oils, fats, and nonpolar solvents. The material composition also provides very low thermal expansion and outstanding heat resistance up to 130°C (266°F) for continuous use. The tip is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
