The Replacement Interchangeable Tip A7CP from Swiss Made is specifically designed for use in precision environments such as micromechanics and electronics assembly. This tip is made from ESD-PEEK plastic and is reinforced with carbon fiber, offering exceptional wear and abrasion resistance as well as high mechanical strength. The curved shape of the tips allows for optimal visibility and increases comfort when handling small components. Additionally, the material is heat stabilized up to 130°C and can withstand temperatures up to 190°C for short periods. The good chemical resistance against oils, fats, and nonpolar solvents makes the tip versatile, however, it is not resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
