This specially designed wafer tweezers with a replaceable tip made of carbon fiber reinforced ESD-PEEK plastic offers excellent high temperature resistance and scratch resistance, ideal for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates. The tweezers are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can withstand temperatures up to 190°C for short periods. The low linear thermal expansion coefficient and good chemical resistance to oils, greases, and nonpolar solvents make it particularly suitable for micromechanics and electronics assembly.
