The ESD cross tweezers with interchangeable tip 2AXSVR.SA by ideal-tek are specifically designed for use in areas where sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates are handled. This precision tool is made from an ESD-PVDF plastic that is reinforced with 30% carbon fiber to ensure high mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance. The tweezers offer a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short-term use and a surface resistance of 10² Ω.
The smooth gripping and handling surface, along with the finely rounded and flat designed tips, enable safe and scratch-free operation. The cross tweezers feature interchangeable tips, allowing for flexible adaptation to different application areas. With a length of 130 mm and a tip length of 26 mm, the tool provides precise control. It is important to note that the tweezers are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
