The replacement tip A7CF from Ideal-Tek is a high-quality solution for precision work in electronics assembly, micromechanics, and laboratories. These tips are specifically designed for use with Type 7CF tweezers and offer maximum visibility and increased comfort during application thanks to their angled shape and finely beveled tip. The set includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws, allowing for easy assembly.The tips are made from an ESD-capable plastic reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, which ensures very high stiffness as well as excellent tensile and bending strength. Additionally, the tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and offer maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short periods. The surface resistance is 102 Ω, and the material is tested according to ASTM D 785.
The excellent chemical resistance against oils, greases, fuels, and non-polar solvents makes the tips particularly versatile. However, they are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. With a width of only 0.5 mm at the tip and a length of 40 mm, these replacement tips enable precise work without the risk of damaging sensitive components.
