3-shelf trolley ESD 3 shelves loading bed 1000 x 600 mm
The 3-tier trolley ESD from Fetra with a loading area of 1000x600 mm is specifically designed for the requirements in the electronics industry and is ideal as a transport, material, and picking trolley. The construction consists of electrostatically conductive powder-coated steel tube and profile steel in slate grey RAL 7015, complemented by floors made of HPL composite board in light grey.
The total height of the trolley is 1152 mm with tier heights of 276, 676, and 1076 mm. The load capacity of the trolley is 600 kg, with each level able to bear up to 50 kg. Two steering and two fixed casters with a diameter of 200 mm made of TPE-ESD, which comply with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards and feature a braking system developed by Fetra that can be operated with a foot pedal and locks both the rotation and the pivoting movement of the wheels, ensure optimal mobility.
The dimensions of the trolley are 1169 x 609 x 1152 mm (LxWxH), and it offers high conductivity with a surface resistance between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω. The optional TOTALSTOP central braking system is available at an additional cost, which further improves handling and safety.
