4-shelf trolley ESD 4 shelves loading bed 1000 x 600 mm
The 4-tier cart ESD by Fetra is specifically designed for the requirements of the electronics industry and is excellent as a transport, material, and picking cart. With a load capacity of 600 kg and dimensions of 1169 mm in length, 609 mm in width, and 1800 mm in height, this cart offers an optimal solution for the safe transport of sensitive components. The four tiers are each 276 mm, 676 mm, 1076 mm, and 1476 mm high.
The loading area measures 1000 x 600 mm, and each level can carry up to 80 kg. The construction made of steel tube and profile steel is electrostatically dissipative powder-coated in dark gray. The surface resistances are between 10^5 and 10^7 Ohm, complying with ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Mobility is ensured by two steering and two fixed casters with a diameter of 200 mm and TPE tires, which are also electrostatically dissipative. The Fetra brake system, which can optionally be extended with the TOTALSTOP central braking system, allows for easy operation and enhances safety by preventing lateral swaying. The cart, weighing 66 kg, is robust and durable, ideal for daily use in ESD-sensitive environments.
