4-Tier Cart ESD Load Area 1200x800 mm
This ESD-compliant tiered cart is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry, ideal as a transport, material, and picking cart. The construction is made of steel tube and profile steel, electrostatically conductive powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015. The four tiers, each measuring 1200 x 800 mm, are made from HPL composite board and have a total carrying capacity of 600 kg, with a maximum load of 80 kg per shelf. The overall dimensions are 1369 x 809 x 1800 mm (LxWxH). Technical Data: - Tier heights: 276, 676, 1076, 1476 mm - Wheel diameter: 200 mm - 2 swivel casters and 2 fixed casters made of TPE-ESD - Electrostatic discharge capability according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 - Surface resistance Rs: 10^5 - 10^7 Ω - Weight: 73 kg The innovative braking system from fetra, TOTALSTOP, is optionally available and enhances safety by locking the swivel motion of the casters and preventing the braked cart from swaying sideways. The brake pedal is centrally located and allows operation in any wheel position.
