ESD material stand
The ESD material stand from Fetra, specifically designed for the requirements of the electronics industry, offers an efficient solution for transport, material handling, and picking. This model measures 605 x 405 mm and is height adjustable from 720 to 995 mm in a grid rhythm of 25 mm, allowing flexible adjustment. The load capacity of the stand is 150 kg.
The construction is made of steel tube and profile steel, electrostatically conductive powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015. The shelves are made of electrostatically conductive HPL composite panels in light grey. Equipped with four TPE-ESD casters, two of which have locks, the cart offers high mobility and stability. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, meeting the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Additionally, the innovative TOTALSTOP central braking system from Fetra is optionally available, which securely locks the rotation and swiveling movement of the casters, thus preventing lateral swaying. This system is easy to operate with a foot pedal and significantly increases the safety and ergonomics of the cart.
