Manual screwdriving puts a lot of strain on the wrists and muscles over time. The particularly ergonomically shaped SoftFinish® screwdriver, which ensures optimum transmission of hand force, provides a remedy. The different handle sizes are always adapted to the screwdriving application. With the long, slim handle sizes, small screws can be screwed in safely and quickly. Large handle sizes are available for screwing in large screws, allowing higher torques to be applied. The anti-roll protection and the screw symbol printed on the end of the handle ensure efficient work. With the Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY specially developed for electrical applications, the protective insulation has been integrated into the blade to enable blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This means that even low-lying screw and spring elements can be reached effortlessly. The insulated screwdrivers are subjected to routine testing in accordance with the international IEC 60900 standard and enable safe working in the area of live parts up to 1,000 V AC.EN/IEC 60900:2004.
