Box trolley ESD 5 shelves loading bed 1000x680 mm
The ESD trolley from Fetra, specifically designed for use in the electronics industry, is an optimal solution for transport, material handling, and picking tasks in ESD-sensitive environments. With a load area of 1000x680 mm and a total carrying capacity of 750 kg, this trolley combines functionality with high load capacity.
The construction from angle steel is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate grey (RAL 7015). The walls and the roof are clad with wire mesh, offering additional security through a robust, welded construction. A double-wing door with cylinder lock secures the contents.
The floors of the trolley are made from electrically conductive wood-based material, further enhancing ESD safety. For easy maneuverability, it features two steering and two fixed castors with ESD TPE tires and precision groove ball bearings, complemented by the TOTALSTOP central braking system, which allows for secure positioning.
The dimensions of the trolley are 1170x745x1792 mm (LxWxH), with the heights of the five tiers varying. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^7 Ohms, meeting the standards of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and confirming the electrostatic discharge capability.
