The ESD device swivel caster with mounting plate 550 is distinguished by its high functionality and quality. With a load capacity of 40 kg and a wheel diameter of 50 mm, it is ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas, as it complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard and is electrically conductive. The wheel is made of a polypropylene wheel body and a tread of black rubber, ensuring a hardness of about 85 Shore A. The caster features a lightweight, pressed and galvanized steel sheet housing with thread guards, and has a double ball bearing in the swivel head. The mounting plate measures 60 x 60 mm, while the wheel width is 18 mm and the screw hole spacing varies between 38 x 46 mm. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor.
