The ESD caster wheel designated 550 is distinguished by its robust construction and high functionality. The steel sheet housing is galvanized and offers high stability due to its light press design. The double-stop function allows for secure fixation of the wheel in the desired position. The wheel is equipped with a mounting plate of 60 x 60 mm, which simplifies assembly and ensures even load distribution.
The wheel has a diameter of 100 mm and is made of polypropylene, which ensures good performance. The tread made of black rubber is electrically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The rubber tires have a Shore hardness of about 85 A and can lead to contact discoloration of the floor due to plasticizer migration.
