ESD Light duty swivel castor with top plate - double stop 550, load capacity 90 kg, heavy version

The heavy-duty ESD caster wheel with mounting plate from the Series 550 is distinguished by its high load capacity of 90 kg and a wheel size of 100 mm. The housing is made of heavy, galvanized sheet steel and features a double ball bearing in the swivel head as well as a bolted wheel axle. The mounting plate measures 77 x 67 mm and provides a secure attachment option with hole spacing of 56-62 x 47-52 mm.
The wheel itself is made of polypropylene, while the tread is made of black, electrically conductive rubber and has a Shore hardness of about 85 Shore A. These characteristics ensure compliance with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making the wheel ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. An integrated double stop ensures additional stability and safety.
Please note that plasticizer migration may cause discoloration of the floor. The wheel is also equipped with thread guards to ensure the longevity of the wheel.
