The ESD caster wheels with back hole - Double Stop (DS) 500 are designed for a maximum static load capacity of 100 kg and offer a noise-reducing and vibration-damping mobility solution thanks to their solid rubber tread, which is mounted on a steel sheet wheel body. The black, odor-neutral solid rubber tires are also electrically conductive, making the wheels ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
The galvanized steel sheet housing of the ILC housing series ensures durability and is equipped with a fork head that features double ball bearings. An integrated ball spacer serves as a seal and prevents the diffusion of plasticizers that can lead to contact discoloration of the floor.
Technical details include a wheel diameter of 125 mm, a total height of 153.5 mm, and a wheel width of 38 mm. The weight of the wheel is 1319 g. The Shore hardness of the solid rubber tread is 85 Shore A. The back hole mounting type has a diameter of 12 mm, while the axle hole measures 8 mm.
