The ESD swivel casters with back hole - Double Stop (DS) 500 offer a load capacity of 205 kg and are specifically designed for use in areas where electrical conductivity is required. These casters are from the solid rubber series and guarantee a noise-reducing and vibration-damping performance. The black, odor-neutral solid rubber of the tread and the steel sheet wheel body with roller bearing ensure robust and long-lasting use.
The galvanized standard steel sheet housing of the ILC housing series is equipped with a fork head that features a double ball bearing and is sealed by an integrated ball spacer. The total height of the caster is 231 mm, with an overhang of 55 mm and a wheel diameter of 200 mm. The Shore hardness is 85 Shore A, which emphasizes the quality of the solid rubber tires. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor.
The casters are equipped with a back hole for mounting, which measures 12 mm, and the total weight per caster is 3355 g. Ideal for applications that require high load capacity and ESD protection.
