The ESD caster wheels with back hole - Double Stop (DS) 500 are specifically designed for use in environments where electrical conductivity is required. They feature a load capacity of 70 kg and are equipped with a total height of 126 mm and a wheel diameter of 100 mm. The tread is made of black, odorless solid rubber with a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A, which contributes to a noise-reducing and vibration-damping performance.
The wheel housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and features a double ball bearing in the swivel head as well as an integrated ball spacer. The wheels are also equipped with a wheel bearing that ensures high load capacity and durability. The wheels have a width of 27 mm and are equipped with a back hole of 12 mm for mounting.
Please note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. The wheels are resistant to temperatures up to 70 °C and weigh 886 g. They are ideally suited for technical applications where ESD protection and mobility are required.
