The ESD caster wheels with back hole 500 are specifically designed for use in areas where electrostatic discharge can be a critical issue. These casters have a load capacity of up to 70 kg and are equipped with a diameter of 100 mm and a wheel width of 27 mm.
The casters feature a steel sheet housing that is galvanized to prevent corrosion. The fork head is equipped with double ball bearings, ensuring high maneuverability. The tread is made of odorless solid rubber, which is not only electrically conductive but also provides a noise-reducing and vibration-damping ride.
The total height of the caster is 126 mm and the projection is 38 mm. The Shore hardness of about 85 Shore A and the electrostatic discharge capability make these casters ideal for sensitive environments. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. The casters are unbraked and equipped with a back hole of 12 mm for mounting.
