The ESD swivel casters with center hole 600 from Blickle are designed for demanding industrial applications and offer a load capacity of 165 kg under static load. The housing of the LER series is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring a long lifespan and stability. The double ball bearing in the swivel head allows for smooth operation with minimal play.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which is non-marking and oil-resistant. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene is black. These casters are particularly chemical-resistant and suitable for temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The casters meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are conductive, making them ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. Further technical specifications include a wheel diameter of 80 mm, a total height of 102 mm, an offset of 38 mm, and a center hole of 13 mm in diameter. The swivel casters are unbraked and equipped with a plain bearing.
