ESD storage trolley 605 x 405 mm
The ESD auxiliary trolley from Fetra, with dimensions of 605 x 405 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments in the electronics industry. This model is distinguished by its robust construction of steel tubing and profile steel, which is electrostatically conductive powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015), and offers an optimal solution for transport, material handling, and order picking tasks.
The shelves of the trolley are made from wood-based panels according to DIN 68765, with a 7 mm high edge and offer high conductivity that meets the standards (surface resistance Rs: 10^5 - 10^7 Ω). Mobility is ensured by two swivel and two fixed casters with TPE-ESD tires and precision groove ball bearings, which allow quiet and traceless operation on flat floors. Each caster is equipped with locks according to EN 1757-3, providing additional safety.
The trolley has a load capacity of 50 kg on the upper and middle loading surfaces and is PAK-compliant. It is also available with tiltable loading surfaces, which increases flexibility in handling different types of loads. Optionally, the trolley can be equipped with the Fetra "TOTALSTOP" central braking system, which allows easy operation with just one footstep and securely locks the swivel movement of the casters to prevent lateral swiveling.
