ESD storage trolley tiltable 605 x 405 mm
The ESD Tilt Trolley 605 x 405 mm by Fetra is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments in the electronics industry. This model features a robust construction made of steel tube and profile steel, which is electrostatically conductive and powder-coated in slate grey (RAL 7015). The shelves are made from conductive wood-based panel according to DIN 68765, with a 7 mm high edge, ensuring safe storage of your sensitive components.
The total load capacity of the trolley is 200 kg, with the middle and upper tiers each able to carry 50 kg. Both levels are tiltable (15° and 30°), which facilitates handling and access to materials. The four swivel casters, with a diameter of 125 mm, are made from TPE-ESD material, minimizing effort and ensuring quiet operation. Two of these casters are equipped with brakes, enhancing safety according to EN 1757-3.
The dimensions of the trolley are 821 x 455 x 1178 mm (LxWxH), and the loading heights are at 216, 671, and 1171 mm. The surface resistance of the trolley is Rs: 10^5 - 10^7 Ω, confirming its suitability for ESD-sensitive areas. Fetra's innovative braking system, available as an option, provides additional safety and convenience through easy operation and effective locking of the swivel movement of the casters.
