Box trolley ESD 5 shelves loading bed 1200x780 mm
The Fetra ESD 5-tier trolley, featuring a load area of 1200x780 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments of the electronics industry. This model is distinguished by its robust angle steel construction and an electrostatically conductive powder coating in slate grey (RAL 7015). The end walls, one longitudinal wall, and the roof are clad with wire mesh and completely welded, providing additional security. The double-wing door on the open longitudinal side is secured with a bolt lock and cylinder lock.
The floors of the cart are made of electrically conductive wood-based panels according to DIN 68765 in light grey, with one fixed and four additional loose panels. Optimal mobility is ensured by two steering and two fixed castors with ESD-TPE tires and precision groove ball bearings. The TOTALSTOP central braking system on the steering castors allows for safe and easy handling. The cart has a total load capacity of 750 kg and dimensions of 1370 x 845 x 1792 mm (LxWxH), with shelf heights ranging from 292 mm to 1482 mm.
The surface resistance values range between 10^5 and 10^7 Ω, emphasizing the ESD safety. The TPE tires are PAK-compliant and leave no marks, making the cart ideal for use on flat floors.
