The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 600 from Blickle are characterized by a high load capacity of 165 kg under static load and 65 kg in motion. The housing of the B series is made of galvanized steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring high corrosion resistance. The wheels are equipped with a wheel from the TPA series, whose tread is made of high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a Shore hardness of 85 A. This material is non-marking, oil-containing, and held in gray color, while the wheel body is made of break-resistant polypropylene in black.
The wheels are particularly resistant to chemicals against many aggressive media and offer temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced above +30 °C. The ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 ensures electrostatic discharge safety. Further technical specifications include a wheel width of 32 mm, a diameter of 80 mm, and an overall height of 102 mm. The mounting is done via a mounting plate measuring 100 x 85 mm, and the wheels are equipped with a plain bearing.
These wheels are ideal for applications where both mobility and ESD protection are required.
