The ESD swivel casters with top plate 600 from Blickle are characterized by a robust construction and a high load capacity of 165 kg. The housing of the LE series is made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated sheet steel, which is free of Chromium VI, and offers a double ball bearing in the swivel head. This construction ensures smooth operation and a long service life through the special dynamic Blickle riveting. The swivel head seal minimizes swivel head play and protects against contamination.
The wheel of the TPA series is made of break-resistant polypropylene, with a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A in gray color, which is non-marking and oil-resistant. The casters are highly resistant to many aggressive media and temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer an effective solution for preventing electrostatic discharges. With an overall height of 102 mm, a wheel width of 32 mm, and plate dimensions of 100 x 85 mm, these swivel casters are ideal for applications where mobility and ESD protection are required.
