The ESD caster wheel from Blickle, equipped with a thermoplastic rubber tread, features a load capacity of 125 kg. The tread is made of a high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which allows for low rolling and swivel resistance. The color of the tread is gray and leaves no marks. A non-detachable, cohesive connection with the wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene in black ensures high durability and reliability.
The wheel has excellent chemical resistance against many aggressive substances and is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. The wheel meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and provides protection against electrostatic discharges through its conductivity.
