This heavy-duty ESD caster wheel with back hole 550 - Double Stop is ideal for applications requiring high load capacity and electrostatic discharge safety. The product features a galvanized steel sheet housing, which guarantees robustness and durability. The fork head design is equipped with a double ball bearing, allowing for high maneuverability.
The wheel consists of a polypropylene wheel body with a tread made of black, electrically conductive rubber, which meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a wheel width of 32 mm and a diameter of 100 mm, the caster wheel has a load capacity of 80 kg. The integrated double stop provides additional safety during use.
Note that softener diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. The hardness of the tread is about 85 Shore A, making the wheel particularly resistant to abrasion. The back hole has a diameter of 12.2 mm, allowing for easy installation.
