The heavy-duty ESD apparatus swivel caster with back hole 550 is designed for demanding industrial applications where a load capacity of up to 110 kg is required. The housing is made of heavy galvanized sheet steel and is equipped with a double ball bearing in the swivel head, ensuring high maneuverability. The wheel body made of polypropylene, combined with an electrically conductive rubber tread, complies with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a Shore hardness of about 85° A.
The caster has a wheel width of 32 mm and a back hole diameter of 12.2 mm, which facilitates mounting. The projection is 42 mm, which increases stability. The wheel/caster type is an unbraked apparatus swivel caster, specifically developed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. Note that plasticizer migration can cause discoloration of the floor.
