The heavy-duty ESD equipment caster wheel with back hole 550 - Double Stop is a high-quality solution for mobile applications where electrical conductivity is required. It features a robust, galvanized steel sheet housing and is equipped with a double ball bearing in the swivel head, ensuring high maneuverability. The caster is equipped with a practical double stop/brake, which provides additional safety.
The wheel has a diameter of 125 mm and a width of 32 mm. It is made of a polypropylene wheel body and a black rubber tread that is electrically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The hardness of the rubber tread is about 85 Shore A, which offers a good balance between durability and floor protection. Note that plasticizer migration can cause discoloration of the floor.
The equipment caster is equipped with a back hole of 12.2 mm for mounting and can carry a load of up to 100 kg. The thread guard prevents the penetration of dirt and fibers, which extends the life of the caster and simplifies maintenance.
