ESD Swivel castor with mounting plate - "stop-fix" 600, load capacity 165 kg
The ESD swivel casters with "stop-fix" mounting plate 600 from Blickle feature a maximum static load capacity of 165 kg and are ideal for applications where electrostatic discharge poses a risk. The housing of the LE series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring a long lifespan and low swivel ring play. The casters have a double ball bearing in the swivel ring and a swivel ring seal, which together allow for smooth running.
The wheels of the TPA series are made of a high-quality, impact-resistant polypropylene wheel body and a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A. This combination provides a non-marking and oil-resistant tread surface, which offers very high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
This caster conforms to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers protection against static charge through its conductivity. With a wheel diameter of 80 mm and a wheel width of 32 mm, as well as a mounting plate of 100 x 85 mm, this swivel caster is a robust solution for a variety of industrial applications.
