The ESD swivel casters with top plate 600 from Blickle are characterized by a high load capacity of 200 kg and a robust construction. The housing of the LE series is made of galvanically galvanized, blue passivated steel sheet, which is free of Chromium VI and thus meets environmental standards. The casters feature a double ball bearing in the swivel head, a swivel head seal, and minimal swivel head play, which allows for smooth operation and increased lifespan due to the special dynamic Blickle riveting.
The wheel of the TPA series is made from a high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer with a hardness of 85 Shore A and a break-resistant polypropylene wheel body. The gray tread leaves no marks and is oily. The casters offer very high chemical resistance and are temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
Additionally, the casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying them for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The total height is 150 mm, the wheel width is 32 mm, and they are mounted with a top plate of 100 x 85 mm. The load capacity when moving is reduced to 80 kg. These features make the casters ideal for use in industrial applications where robustness and ESD protection are required.
