ESD Swivel castor with top plate 500, load capacity 50 kg
The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 500 are specifically designed for applications requiring a load capacity of up to 50 kg. These casters are characterized by their electrical conductivity, making them ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. Equipped with a wheel body made of robust steel sheet and a tread made of odor-neutral solid rubber, they offer a noise-reducing and vibration-damping operation. The black solid rubber tires of the wheel series SGS-EC ensure a long lifespan and reliable performance.
The housing of the ILC series is made from galvanized standard steel sheet and features a fork head with double ball bearing and a seal with integrated ball spacer. The total height of the caster is 100 mm, with a wheel width of 27 mm and a diameter of 80 mm. The assembly is done via a mounting plate measuring 105 x 80 mm, and the casters are unbraked. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor.
