The ESD swivel casters with back hole 500 are specifically designed for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters have a load capacity of 135 kg and are ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. With a wheel diameter of 160 mm and a total height of 191 mm, they provide a robust solution for transporting sensitive goods.
The wheel is made of odorless solid rubber tires on a steel sheet wheel body and is equipped with a roller bearing that ensures a quiet and vibration-damping run. The steel sheet housing is galvanized and features a fork head design with double ball bearing and an integrated ball spacer, which improves the sealing.
The casters are unbraked and have a wheel width of 40 mm and an axle hole of 12 mm. The Shore hardness of the tread is 85 Shore A, making the casters particularly resistant to abrasion. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. Weighing 2092 g, these casters are both stable and functional for versatile applications.
