The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate - Double Stop 500 are specifically designed for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters have a load capacity of 135 kg and are equipped with odorless solid rubber tires that have a Shore hardness of 85. The wheel body is made of sheet steel and is equipped with a roller bearing, which ensures a noiseless and vibration-damping operation.
The housing, made of galvanized standard sheet steel, has a total height of 190 mm and is equipped with a double ball-bearing swivel head, ensuring optimal mobility. The casters are ESD capable and prevent electrostatic charges through their conductive design. The mounting plate measures 105 x 80 mm, with the attachment via screw holes spaced 80 x 60 mm apart.
It should be noted that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. This swivel caster is ideal for environments where sensitive electronic components are handled, making it an excellent choice for technical applications in industry and commerce.
