ESD Swivel castors with bolt hole 600, load capacity 175 kg

The ESD swivel casters with back hole 600 from Blickle, with a static load capacity of 175 kg, are ideal for applications where robustness and electrostatic discharge safety are required. The housing of the LER series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, allowing for a long lifespan and minimal swivel bearing play. The dual ball bearing in the swivel head ensures smooth running.
The wheel of the TPA series is characterized by a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer with a hardness of 85 Shore A and a wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene. The gray color of the tread leaves no marks and the wheels are oily.
These casters are highly resistant to chemicals and can withstand temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. They meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are thus conductive, making them suitable for sensitive environments such as electronic manufacturing rooms.
With a total height of 125 mm, a wheel diameter of 100 mm, and a wheel width of 32 mm, these unbraked swivel casters offer a reliable mobility solution.
