ESD Swivel castor with top plate - "stop-fix" 600, load capacity 200 kg
The ESD swivel casters with "stop-fix" mounting plate 600 from Blickle are designed for demanding industrial applications and statically carry up to 200 kg. The housing of the LE series is made of galvanically zinc plated, blue passivated sheet steel, which is free of Chromium VI, and offers smooth operation with minimal wear and high durability due to its double ball bearing in the swivel head and the special dynamic riveting.
The wheels of the TPA series feature a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which is non-marking and oil-resistant. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene ensures additional stability.
These casters are highly resistant to chemicals and suitable for temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. The casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are conductive, making them ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
Further technical specifications include a wheel diameter of 125 mm, a total height of 150 mm, and a wheel width of 32 mm. The mounting plate measures 100 x 85 mm with screw holes of 9 mm diameter and a hole spacing of 80 x 60 mm.
