ESD Swivel castors with top plate - double stop 500, load capacity 100 kg

The ESD caster wheels with mounting plate - Double Stop 500 are specifically designed for a load capacity of up to 100 kg and offer optimal application possibilities in ESD-sensitive areas due to their electrical conductivity. The wheels have a diameter of 125 mm and a wheel width of 38 mm, with the total height of the caster being 155 mm. The solid rubber tread is odorless and black, which, in addition to vibration damping, also ensures quiet operation.
The attachment is made via a mounting plate measuring 100 x 80 mm. The steel sheet housing is galvanized, providing additional protection against corrosion. The fork heads are equipped with double ball bearings, which enhances maneuverability. The Shore hardness of the wheels is 85 A, ensuring high load capacity and durability. The wheels are equipped with a roller bearing and weigh 1449 g. The screw holes have a diameter of 9 mm and a screw hole distance of 80 x 60 mm.
Due to the special design, plasticizer diffusion can occur, which may lead to contact discoloration of the floor.
