The ESD wheel from Blickle is equipped with a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE), which has a hardness of 85 Shore A and features a non-marking, gray color. This tread is integrally bonded and inseparably connected to a wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene, which is colored black. With a diameter of 125 mm and a wheel width of 32 mm, the wheel offers low rolling and swiveling resistance, which facilitates handling.
The technical specifications include a load capacity of 200 kg under static load and 80 kg in motion. The wheel exhibits high chemical resistance against many aggressive substances and is temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. Furthermore, the product meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
Equipped with a plain bearing, an axle hole of 12 mm, and a hub length of 45 mm, the wheel ensures reliable performance. The total weight of the wheel is 200 g. Ideal for technical applications, the ESD wheel offers an efficient and safe solution for your mobility needs.
