The ESD device caster wheel with back hole 550 - Double Stop is a high-quality solution for your mobility requirements in ESD-sensitive environments. This model is equipped with a light, pressed sheet steel housing that is galvanized for added stability. The fork head features a dual ball bearing that allows for smooth movement. The wheel is designed with a load capacity of 65 kg and has a wheel diameter of 100 mm and a wheel width of 23 mm.
The wheel itself is made of polypropylene with a tread made of black rubber, which is electrically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The Shore hardness of the wheel is 85 Shore A, indicating high load capacity and durability. Another feature is the double stop/brake, which provides additional safety by preventing unintended rolling. Note that plasticizer diffusion may cause discoloration of the floor.
The wheel has a back hole with a diameter of 10.2 mm, which allows for easy attachment. Ideal for use in technical devices where precise and safe handling is required.
