The ESD device caster wheel with back hole 550 is distinguished by an optimal load capacity of 65 kg and is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The housing is made of lightweight, pressed, and galvanized sheet steel and is equipped with a double ball bearing in the swivel head. The wheel features a wheel with a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 23 mm. The wheel body made of polypropylene is equipped with a ball bearing, while the tread is made of black rubber and is electrically conductive, ensuring compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The wheel offers an overhang of 32 mm and the back hole measures 10.2 mm in diameter. The electrical conductivity of the wheel prevents static charges, making it ideal for use in electronic manufacturing environments. Note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor, the hardness of the wheel is about 85 Shore A. The product is designed as an unbraked device steering wheel with thread guard and back hole mounting, which ensures easy assembly and high functionality.
