The ESD caster wheel with mounting plate 650 from Blickle, designed for a static load capacity of 125 kg, combines high-quality materials with advanced technology. The housing of the LPA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated steel sheet, which is Cr6-free and thus more environmentally friendly. A double ball bearing in the swivel head and a stable central bolt ensure minimal swivel head play and smooth running, which significantly increases the lifespan of the wheel.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene ensures robustness.
The caster offers high chemical resistance and is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. Compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 confirms its suitability for sensitive electronic environments.
