This ESD device caster wheel from series 650 with a load capacity of 125 kg is ideal for use in areas that require high chemical resistance and ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. The housing is made of galvanically galvanized, blue passivated sheet steel that is free of Chromium VI and features double ball bearings in the swivel head. This construction ensures stable, smooth operation and a long lifespan. The wheel, made of high-quality polypropylene with a tread of thermoplastic rubber elastomer, offers a hardness of 85 Shore A and leaves no marks. The caster is greasy and traceless with very high chemical resistance against many aggressive substances. The temperature resistance ranges from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
